OVERVIEW
Battleship is a classic game of strategy in which two players aim to destroy each other's fleet of ships. By strategically placing their own ships on a hidden grid, players must rely on memory and tactics to determine the location of their opponent's vessels. The victor is the first player to sink all of their opponent's ships. This game combines strategic thinking, logical reasoning, and an element of luck.
GAME RULES
Setup: Arrange your fleet of ships (horizontally or vertically) on your concealed grid. Ships must not overlap or be placed diagonally.
Gameplay: Take turns announcing grid coordinates (e.g. C4) to guess the whereabouts of the enemy ships.
Hits and Misses: Record hits and misses on your tracking grid. A hit signifies a part of a ship being discovered, while a miss suggests no ship is present.
Victory: Continue playing until one player's entire fleet has been sunk. The player who destroys the enemy fleet first is declared the winner.
